TempStaff is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for MACHINE OPERATOR positions for a great company in the Hinds County area. This is a Contract to Hire position where you have the opportunity to go to work directly for the client if you do a great job! PAY RATE: $13.50/hr SHIFT: 10pm to 6am - Sunday through Thursday, with mandatory OT and weekends required. WHAT YOUR FUTURE DAY LOOKS LIKE: • Operating a variety of simple machines in a manufacturing environment • Performing general maintenance and repair of machinery • Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations REQUIREMENTS: • Must have good math and mechanical skills • Proficiency with hand tools • Must be able to communicate to peers and supervisors • Must be able to lift 25 lbs • Background check and drug screening BENEFITS/INCENTIVES: Weekly pay and direct deposit from TempStaff.
