Pride Health is hiring a Remote Clinical Document Improvement (CDI) Specialist to support our client’s medical facility based in New York, NY. This is a 27-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Remote Clinical Document Improvement (CDI) Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Hourly W2 pay: $56/hr to $63/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (40 hrs/week), no call

Start date: 06/01/2026

Role:

Focus on improving clinical documentation quality and compliance within an EMR environment, ensuring alignment with regulatory and third-party requirements.

Requirements:

Must reside in NY or the Tristate area (remote role)

Bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred)

Clinical background required (RN, NP, PA, or Physician)

5+ years of recent acute care and/or CDI experience

Experience with EMR systems (3M Encoder preferred)

Strong knowledge of documentation standards and compliance
