We’re looking for a reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations and keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Manage front office support, scheduling, and phone/email communication
Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
Support accounting/admin tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or payroll assistance
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office needs
Provide support to leadership and internal teams as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of office administration or clerical experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
