Job Description

Pool Technician — 45+ Hours/Week Guaranteed

Pool Bros is hiring a pool technician for the 2026 season. We service residential pools across Middlesex, Mercer, and Monmouth counties.

What you get:

45 hours/week minimum, guaranteed — overtime paid weekly

Steady work through the full season (April through October)

Company truck and equipment provided

Paid training if you're newer to the trade

What you'll do:

Pool openings and closings

Weekly cleaning and chemical balancing

Equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs (pumps, filters, heaters)

Working directly with customers on-site

What we're looking for:

Valid NJ driver's license and clean driving record

Reliable, on time, takes pride in the work

Comfortable with physical outdoor work

Pool experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person

Basic mechanical aptitude a big plus

Pay: Based on experience. Top performers move up fast.
