Speech-Language Pathologist

Duties Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to eligible students, conduct eligibility meetings and annual reviews, participate in problem solving meetings at the building level for at-risk students.

Qualifications Illinois State Board of Education Licensure as a Speech-language pathologist Salary/Benefits Salary and benefits are currently linked to administrative district (Decatur Public Schools) bargaining agreement.

Salary range for 2025-2026 is between $57,143 - 101,374 (including TRS contribution). In addition to this salary, Speech-Language Pathologists get an additional $5,000 stipend.
