Controller

We are partnering with an established investment platform to appoint a Controller. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for core accounting and cash management activities, as well as involvement in planning and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.

Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.

Manage external reporting requirements, including coordination with lenders and other stakeholders.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Oversee distribution processes and maintain accurate financial records.

Contribute to financial analysis and support broader business initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Relevant experience in accounting, ideally within a real assets or investment environment.

Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
