This Heavy Equipment/ Water Blaster Operator position supports our team based in Minneapolis, MN. This is a vital role in a dynamic and ever-changing business.

Responsibilities

Operate water blaster and heavy equipment safely

Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance

Load/unload materials and transport equipment to job sites

Operate boom trucks, forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment

Report repair needs and maintain clean, functional equipment

Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement

3+ years of heavy equipment and/or water blasting experience

Ability to perform physical labor and work flexible hours (nights/weekends/on-call)

Preferred

Boom certification (or willingness to obtain)

CPR certification

Welding or Steel Cutting Experience
