WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS OUR HOUSING MAINTENANCE TECH?

Every day, you'll step into a role where your skills truly shine. You may start by resolving an HVAC issue to ensure residents stay comfortable, then move on to repairing a stove, troubleshooting an electrical concern, or tightening up a plumbing connection. Throughout the day, you'll complete resident work orders, maintain the property's interior and exterior, and ensure everything meets company standards and legal requirements. You play the vital role of keeping the community safe, functional, and welcoming through every repair you complete.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A HOUSING MAINTENANCE TECH?

We're looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday, 7 am -4 pm, with emergency hours that may vary, while meeting the following qualifications:

Experience in facilities or residential maintenance

Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing

Fair Housing certified (preferred)

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
