Job Description

To NJ firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Berkeley Heights, NJ office. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful firm and work on complex litigation including class actions, white collar investigations, securities cases, and more. The ideal candidate will have previous litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced but friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

Help in the discovery process

Track the calendar

Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Record and store client information

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paralegal in a law firm

Familiarity with legal research

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

BA/BS and or paralegal certificate
