Degree Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Glastonbury, CT.

This is a full-time position servicing residential customers in a market with strong demand. If you're a licensed tech who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and earning great money for your skillset, we want to hear from you.

Consistent call volume and year-round workWhat You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

Run service calls and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues

Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend solutions

Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site

Participate in paid training, meetings, and team eventsWhat We're Looking For

Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1)

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability

Residential service experience preferred

Valid driver's license

Professional communication and customer service skills

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required

Organized, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation:

The compensation range for this role starts at $40+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Additional bonuses, overtime, and incentives may apply based on company policies.
