Perform routine walk-throughs of program areas to ensure environments reflect safety, elegance, and operational excellence.

Partner cross-functionally with other departments to develop integrated, engaging experiences.

Participate with the Vice President of Experience & Lifestyle in strategic planning, utilizing resident feedback, leadership input, and software-generated insights.

Assist in managing the department budget, ensuring thoughtful allocation of resources aligned with program goals.

Ensure all Experience & Lifestyle programming complies with California Title 22 regulations, RCFE licensing requirements, and community policies.

Immediately report any observed or suspected changes in a resident’s condition, incidents, or safety concerns to the Executive Director, in accordance with Title 22 reporting standards.

Maintain documentation and operational practices that support regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Ensure community vehicles used for excursions are properly registered, insured, and maintained per safety and regulatory requirements.

Establish and manage vendor and contractor relationships that meet licensing, insurance, and safety standards.

Advanced degrees or professional certifications strongly valued.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, hospitality-focused environment.
