Position: Multimedia Marketing Intern
Report to: Marketing Content Lead
Job Description Overview
Kwest Group is seeking a motivated and creative Multimedia Intern to support our growing marketing team through visual storytelling and content creation. This role offers hands-on experience capturing and producing content that highlights real-world heavy civil construction projects, including jobsite footage, instructional content, employee spotlights, and more.
Hourly rate: $18.00
What will you do?
Edit and produce video content for marketing and social media use
Capture photo and video content at active construction job sites
Create graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite
Assist with social media content development (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to showcase projects, people, and equipment
Assist with planning and executing content shoots (including scheduling, setup, and coordination with field teams)
Help maintain and organize digital media assets
What do you need to be successful?
Junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field—or equivalent experience
Recent graduates or equivalent experience are also encouraged to apply
Portfolio demonstrating skills in at least one of the following: video production, photography, with graphic design a plus
General understanding across multiple multimedia areas preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Experience with cameras required (drones a plus)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Represent Kwest Group in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
In-office work will be in Dublin, OH
30–40 hours per week, with a preference for starting in the summer (flexible start date). This internship has the potential to extend beyond the summer based on performance and business needs
Combination of office work and on-site job visits
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Exposure to active construction environments (outdoor conditions, equipment, noise, etc.)
OSHA 30 training provided
Local day travel to job sites as needed (approximately 1–2 times per month)
Mileage reimbursement provided if a personal vehicle is used
