Employment Solutions is a staffing agency with over a decade of experience

staffing warehouse, general labor, logistics, production, and skilled labor

positions across central Ohio. We take time to get to know our candidates

and match them with the best job and employer based on personality and skill

set. We have offices in Worthington and Groveport, and we're hiring an Office

Admin to help keep things running and, more importantly, to help people find

work.

No experience necessary. We're looking for a highly motivated person who

genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be on the phone and face to face

with candidates daily, so great communication matters. The right fit is

self driven, ready to learn, able to multi task, and brings good energy to

a busy office.

Info on the role:

- Assist candidates through the application process and answer their questions

- Handle administrative duties in the office

- Demonstrate excellent phone and conversational skills

- Engage professionally and respectfully with a wide variety of people

- Accurately follow procedures and maintain confidential information

- Work in a team environment while staying self motivated

- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Position requirements:

- Strong computer skills and experience with Google workspace

- Very detail oriented

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Bilingual (Spanish/French and English) is a plus, not required
