Job Description Production Operator - Packaging & Palletizing $22 - $23ph 1st Shift Monday–Friday, 7am - 3pm 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm Manitowoc, WI We are seeking a reliable Production Operator – Palletizing to support our production line by stacking, organizing, and preparing finished product for shipment.

This role plays a key part in ensuring products are packaged correctly, meet quality standards, and are safely palletized for transport.

Key ResponsibilitiesStack and palletize finished product in a safe and organized mannerInspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and appearanceVerify correct materials, bottles, and components are being used on the lineMaintain accurate counts and pallet documentationKeep work area clean, organized, and safe at all timesCommunicate with Line Leaders and Material Handlers when supplies are neededAssist with basic production/assembly tasks as neededFollow all safety procedures and company guidelines #Sheboygan1 Ability to lift, stack, and move product throughout the shiftBasic math skills (counting, tracking quantities)Ability to read and follow simple instructionsStrong attention to detail and reliabilityPrevious manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required If you are interested, apply online at or send your resume to .
