BG Staffing $19/hour

BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Floating Apartment Leasing Consultant to support multiple communities within our portfolio. This role is ideal for a flexible, reliable professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Position Details:

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Weekends: Occasional Saturdays required; when worked, a weekday off will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents

Lease apartments and assist with touring, applications, and follow-ups

Support on-site teams by floating between assigned properties as needed

Maintain professional relationships with residents, prospects, and team members

Ensure leasing offices remain welcoming, organized, and compliant with company standards

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Prior apartment leasing experience required

Flexible and dependable with the ability to travel between sites in the portfolio

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams
