Job DescriptionA growing, well-established organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced, professional environment in Columbus, OH. This role is critical to supporting management calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and operational coordination, allowing leaders to stay focused on high-impact business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to executive and leadership team members

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules

Coordinate meetings including agendas, materials, minutes, and action-item follow-up

Track deadlines, deliverables, and open action items across leadership initiatives

Assist with presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and document preparation

Support onboarding logistics, internal events, off-sites, and team coordination

Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed

Maintain organization of digital files and confidential recordsQualifications:

At least 4 years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience

Strong background in calendar, meeting, and task management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable supporting multiple leaders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)Why This Role:
