Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Agency: City of Baltimore

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 24 Months

Rate: Depends on experience

Licensure Required:

Registered Professional Engineer (PE) – Maryland or able to obtain reciprocity (PE licensure governed by the Maryland Board for Professional Engineers)

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years in water/wastewater facility design & rehabilitation.

Experience reviewing design packages, drawings, and specifications.

Expertise in WFCR/WCMP or similar planning frameworks.

Ability to lead cross-discipline engineering reviews.
