Job Description

Cornerstone Construction is seeking a dedicated, organized, and people-focused Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to lead teams effectively while upholding Cornerstone's values.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Upholding Cornerstone's core values in all interactions and decisions.

Ensuring excellent customer relationships and strong team communication.

Staying current on building codes, permitting requirements, and industry best practices.

Conducting regular site visits and creating detailed punch lists

Communicating clearly with clients to gather input and provide daily updates.

Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites.

Leading field teams and subcontractors with professionalism and positive direction.

Scheduling materials, employees, and subcontractors for efficient project flow.

Managing project budgets, documenting change orders, and communicating overages promptly.

Collaborating closely with the Cornerstone team to achieve excellence in every project.

Compensation & Experience Requirements

$82,000 annual base salary, plus annual performance raises

Project commissions offering the opportunity to earn well over $100,000 per year

Minimum 8 years of residential construction experience required

Preference given to candidates with custom home and/or residential remodeling experience
