Responsibilities:

Conduct drug and alcohol testing in accordance with industry standards and protocols.

Ensure proper collection procedures are followed to maintain sample integrity.

Document and maintain accurate records of all tests performed.

Communicate effectively with clients to explain testing processes and answer questions.

Maintain a clean and organized testing environment.

Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.

Assist in training new staff on collection procedures and best practices.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in drug testing preferred.

Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.About Us:
