Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in AWS serverless architecture, Node.js, React, and modern data systems (DynamoDB) along with exposure to LLMs / Generative AI.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven, hands-on engineer who can work independently in a remote setup, quickly understand systems, and contribute from day one. This role requires someone who can balance backend, frontend, cloud, and AI integration, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

5+ years of full stack development experience
Strong hands-on coding in Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)
Deep experience with AWS serverless stack:
Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway
SNS, SQS, EventBridge, Kinesis
Comfortable with event-driven & asynchronous systems
Experience working with NoSQL (DynamoDB single-table design preferred)
Exposure to LLMs / Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and clean architecture
Someone who can:
Work independently with minimal guidance
Communicate clearly in a remote team
Hit the ground running
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Mentorship mindset – able to guide junior engineers & review code
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development (60%)
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using:
Node.js, React, AWS Serverless
Design solutions using:
DynamoDB, APIs, event-driven architecture
Develop AI-powered features using LLMs
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Maintain clean, reusable, production-ready code
Create technical and non-technical documentation
2. Team Collaboration & Operations (30%)
Participate in Agile ceremonies:
Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
Perform code reviews & mentor team members
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Follow CI/CD, security, and best engineering practices
Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams
3. Learning & Innovation (10%)
Stay updated with GenAI trends and tools
Share knowledge within the team
Help define best practices for AI implementation
