Hours: M-F 8-5 (Emergencies could pop up)
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Travelling between 3 locations
Team Overview:
FM, they would have a chief and an AFM
3 managers, 3 locations
Autonomy to figure out what the schedule looks like
Need to be able to go to all of the sites
Resource's typical working day:
People management of AFM and Chief (chief has a team of building engineers)
Responsible for building operation for these 3 locations
Vendor management
Mangin hard and soft services
Managing assets
Managing emergency processes and protocols
Supporting the team of engineers
Must Have Skills:
Have to be very technical, have to have hands on hard service experience. MEP experience
Mechanical, Engineering, plumbing, and electrical experience
Have to know how building operations functions
Strong leader
Somebody with sound decision making, step up and take ownership, leadership
Looking for someone who has FM experience
Nice to have skills:
Somebody with a strong electrical background

3+ years of experience
Education
Open
FMP would be ideal or any FM certifications
Software skills:
Intermediate in excel
