Job Description:

We are seeking a Client 365 Copilot Trainer to drive enterprise-wide adoption, capability building, and measurable productivity improvements using Client 365 Copilot. The role combines deep functional expertise in Client 365 and AI-driven productivity tools with learning design, change management, and adoption analytics.

This individual will deliver engaging training, facilitate workshops, coach users in prompt engineering, design persona-based learning journeys, run adoption campaigns, and enable internal teams through train-the-trainer programs. Success will be measured by improved adoption, user confidence, business outcomes, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Copilot Enablement Delivery

Deliver high-impact live and virtual training sessions across Client 365 Copilot experiences (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Run role-based webinars, guided demos, and hands-on labs linked to real-world business scenarios.

Create and manage asynchronous learning content including session recordings, quick reference guides, and FAQs.

Facilitate office hours or clinics to support adoption, answer questions, and address user barriers.

Prompt Engineering & Coaching

Train users on effective prompting: context, goals, constraints, tone, and iteration strategies.

Build and maintain a persona-aligned prompt library.

Provide hands-on prompt coaching to improve workflow efficiency and reduce trial-and-error fatigue.

Persona Discovery & Workflow Analysis

Conduct structured interviews (Day-in-the-Life) to understand key roles, daily activities, pain points, and opportunities for Copilot integration.

Translate insights into prioritized scenarios, use cases, and persona-based learning paths.

Design Thinking & Use Case Workshops

Facilitate workshops to map user journeys, identify friction points, and define moments that matter.

Produce a prioritized backlog of use cases and develop labs replicating daily business tasks.

Learning Design & Content Development

Develop comprehensive lesson plans, facilitator guides, demo scripts, and lab exercises.

Create persona-based learning paths tailored for Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Executive roles.

Maintain reusable learning assets for ongoing enablement.

Change Management & Community Building

Run Change Corners / open houses for feedback and reinforcement.

Support champion networks through train-the-trainer programs, content reinforcement, and recognition mechanisms.

Drive internal community engagement via Teams/Viva Engage.

Adoption Campaigns & Communications

Design targeted campaigns: Tips & Tricks, Prompt of the Week, use-case spotlights, and success stories.

Partner with OCM and communications leads to maintain cadence and reduce change fatigue.

Value Realization & Adoption Metrics

Track and report adoption metrics, scenario usage, and business outcomes.

Deliver ROI narratives and insights from dashboards to guide continuous improvements.

Train-the-Trainer & Capability Transfer

Certify internal trainers and provide toolkits, lab packs, and scenario libraries for sustained adoption.

Continuous Learning & Feature Updates

Monitor Client Copilot feature releases and update training content accordingly.

Adapt materials and delivery in real time to reflect product enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years in training, digital adoption, OCM, or productivity transformation.

Hands-on experience with Client 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.

Strong facilitation skills for workshops, webinars, and hands-on labs.

Expertise in persona-based learning design, adult learning principles, and scenario-based enablement.

Proven experience in change management, adoption campaigns, and community building.

Comfort with adoption metrics, dashboards, and value realization
