Temporary Receptionist- May 22-29th - Short-Term Assignment ($25/hr) The Choice, Inc., is seeking a professional and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage for a client located near Union Station (Red Line Metro access). This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys front-facing roles and can quickly step in to support a busy office environment.

Assignment Details: * Location: On-site, office located near Union Station * Training: Friday, May 22 (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) * Coverage Dates: Tuesday, May 26 - Friday, May 29 * Note: Office closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day Schedule: * 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM daily * 45-minute lunch break (7.5 paid hours per day) Pay Rate: * $25/hour Responsibilities: * Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner * Answer and route incoming calls via switchboard/phone system * Maintain front desk operations and a welcoming office environment * Perform light administrative duties as needed Qualifications: * Prior receptionist, switchboard, or customer service experience required * Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Phone strongly preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Punctual, reliable, and professional presentation * Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks as needed
