As the General Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant while ensuring every shift meets the high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness that our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, from food production and guest service to maintenance and safety protocols.

People Leadership: Recruit, hire, and onboard talent. You will be responsible for training and coaching Department Managers and crew to ensure a high level of performance and engagement.

Financial Oversight: Plan for success by making critical business decisions regarding inventory, labor, and food costs. You will be expected to analyze P&L data and execute plans to meet restaurant goals.

Guest Satisfaction: Lead the team to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service, ensuring that every guest experience is top-tier.

Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with food safety measures and workplace safety standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years of General Management experience in a high-volume QSR environment.

Commitment to Excellence: A strong focus on customer service and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced setting.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in managing budgets, scheduling, and inventory control.

Leadership Style: An empowering leader who can motivate a large, diverse team and provide clear direction and coaching.

Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak periods, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Base salary of $60,000 – $65,000.
