About the Role:

Join VISION RX LAB AMERICA as an Optical Lab Technician Customer Service and Distribution Associate! In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform optical lab functions including lens edging, mounting, and finishing.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist in the distribution of optical products to ensure timely delivery to clients.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all lab operations.

Utilize lab equipment and technology effectively for optimal performance.

Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in optical technologies.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in optical lab preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of optical products and processes is a plus.

Proficient in using lab equipment and software related to optical manufacturing.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
