We are looking to hire a FOH Supervisor for our team at Locale!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Hospitality Hospitality Hospitality! We pride ourselves on the local community.

Manage restaurant efficiencies for economic-growth, staff morale and guest satisfaction

Assist with employee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and terminations

Communicates effectively with the kitchen on new menu roll outs, changes, or any 86ed items

Participate in daily pre-shift meetings with front of house staff

Meet with guests to ensure their expectations have been met

Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary

Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines

Must have Food Handler Safety Card and TAM in Nevada

Must be able to assist with cleaning projects, our restaurant is everyones responsibilityWhat we are looking for:

Candidate must have at least 1-2 years prior experience

Candidate must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, E-Mail

Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be a team leader, player and have a positive can-do attitude

Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
