Unit: Crystal Springs Facility Type: Long-Term CareAssignment Details

Duration: 13 Weeks (04/27/2026 – 07/20/2026)

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Schedule: 3x12 Hours 36 Hours/Week

Meal Break: 30 minutesPosition Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated LPN / Travel LPN to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and supporting residents’ daily needs while ensuring safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician supervision

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor patient conditions and report changes

Assist with ADLs and patient support

Perform basic wound care and dressing changes

Record vital signs and maintain documentation

Follow care plans and infection control protocolsRequired Qualifications

Active LPN License (State-specific)

LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred

BLS Certification (Required)

Strong clinical and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
