JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

A graduate from an Accredited Respiratory Care program

Professional Credentials; Licensure by the State of Alabama

Must hold the LRT, CRT, or RRT credentials

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language and communicate effectively

Must possess the ability to work with personnel, visitors, patients, and the general public

Participate in recordkeeping duties within the department, accounting records, patient charting

Perform daily maintenance, quality control for the ABG analyzer

Prepare shift duty sheets for daily treatments, oxygen, aerosol patients, and scheduled diagnostics
