Assistant Teacher

Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The Assistant Teacher will support the Head Teacher in planning and implementing educational activities, supervising students, and maintaining a safe learning environment.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.

- Previous experience working with children in a formal or informal setting is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Understanding of child development and educational principles.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Head Teacher in delivering lessons and educational activities.

- Support students' learning needs and assist with classroom management.

- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and students.

- Assist in preparing materials and resources for lessons.

- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
