Registered Nurse

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our hospital, you will provide comprehensive general care to patients, ensuring a high standard of nursing practice with full autonomy in patient care decisions. You will be responsible for managing the health and well-being of patients with a typical patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4, allowing for focused and attentive care within a dynamic hospital environment.

Days, Nights

12 hour shifts

All Units - Med Surg, Tele, L&D, ER, ICU

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health status and care needs in a general care setting

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention

Document patient information, care given, and progress accurately

Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
