Extension is seeking a Sanitation Lead for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI!

A growing food manufacturer is expanding its team to support new projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead sanitation efforts in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment while helping train and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facility areas following established procedures
Train team members and assign tasks for weekly shutdown cleaning
Safely handle sanitation chemicals and maintain accurate records
Inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure readiness for production
Collaborate with leadership to coordinate cleaning activities and improve processes
Qualifications
At least 1 year of sanitation experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments
Leadership or training experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary and Schedule
$25–$29 per hour
Location: Ripon, WI
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
