We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our shipping and receiving operations at our Rosedale, MD facility.

The Schedule & Location
Location: Rosedale, MD
Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Your Mission
As the Warehouse Manager, you are the heartbeat of our logistics. You will be responsible for the seamless flow of materials and goods, ensuring that our core values are lived out daily on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Directly supervise, hire, and train a dedicated team of forklift operators, material handlers, and shipping staff. You’ll lead daily shift huddles and hold the team accountable for performance metrics.
Inventory Integrity: Accuracy of counts is extremely important. You will manage cycle counting, lot control, and WMS/ERP transactions to prevent production downtime.
Material Flow: Coordinate receiving, put-away, and replenishment. You’ll optimize warehouse layout to reduce forklift travel and minimize bottlenecks.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment using 5S standards. You will lead daily safety walks and ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) basics.
Hands-On Operations: In addition to management, you will operate fork trucks and order pickers to stow goods, pull orders, and load/unload trucks as needed.

Logistics Expertise: A strong understanding of upstream and downstream production needs and the ability to coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Maintenance.
Detail-Oriented: A strict commitment to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and meticulous maintenance of delivery paperwork for accounting.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication regarding staffing, shortages, and shipping risks.Company Description
