Shareholder Services Representative – Remote (Project Based)

Start Date: May 4th Approx. 1 Month Assignment Two Phone Interviews

Ikon is assembling a team of talented professionals for a remote, project based assignment beginning May 4th. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy structured work, strong communication, and supporting customers in a professional environment. The project is expected to run for approximately one month, with full time hours and opportunities for overtime.

Position Details

Pay: $16/hour

Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week

Location: Fully remote

Interview Process: Two phone interviews

Type: Project based employment

Not a sales role

What You’ll Do

As a Shareholder Services Representative, you will contact existing stockholders to provide assistance, answer questions, and support voting services for Annual and Special Shareholder Meetings. Paid computer based training is provided. Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Requirements

Personal computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM)

Mac, Chromebook, Linux, and S mode are not supported

Reliable high speed internet

Strong technical proficiency

Excellent communication and listening skills

Professional phone presence

Ability to handle inquiries with tact and professionalism

Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in finance, investments, or a call center environment

Personal or professional experience with stocks/investments

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
