Position Summary

As a CNC Operator, you’ll work with a team that produces high-quality precision parts used in a variety of industries. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with their hands and learning new skills in a clean, safe production environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC mills or lathes during production.

Load parts, make basic machine adjustments, and check dimensions using measuring tools.

Follow setup sheets and work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Inspect parts for quality and report any issues to your supervisor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

Some prior manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred (but not required).

Willingness to learn CNC operation and follow detailed instructions.

Ability to read basic blueprints or use measuring tools a plus.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to working as part of a team.

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
