Machine Operator Assistant – Weekend Shift
Schedule: Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Paid for 40 hours when 36 scheduled hours are completedAbout the Role
We’re seeking a dependable and driven Machine Operator Assistant to join our weekend production team. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in safety, precision, and teamwork. Assist with the operation of industrial production equipment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards
Support production flow through consistent material handling and machine support
Accurately read and use measuring tools such as tape measures
Perform repetitive lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for weekend schedules
Communicate and work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelinesRequired Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of forklift experience, specifically sit-down forklifts
Proven ability to work safely in confined or high-traffic areas
Strong material handling and load control skills
Ability to move efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and safety awareness
Comfort working around large-scale, heavy machineryAdditional Qualifications
Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately
Must be able to read and write in English
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a drug screening and physical capability assessment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
