Production Operator - Packaging & Palletizing

$22 - $23ph

1st Shift Monday–Friday, 7am - 3pm

2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm

Manitowoc, WI

We are seeking a reliable Production Operator – Palletizing to support our production line by stacking, organizing, and preparing finished product for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are packaged correctly, meet quality standards, and are safely palletized for transport.

Key Responsibilities

Stack and palletize finished product in a safe and organized manner

Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and appearance

Verify correct materials, bottles, and components are being used on the line

Maintain accurate counts and pallet documentation

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times

Communicate with Line Leaders and Material Handlers when supplies are needed

Assist with basic production/assembly tasks as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Ability to lift, stack, and move product throughout the shift

Basic math skills (counting, tracking quantities)

Ability to read and follow simple instructions

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
