PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our overnight production team and play a key role in keeping high quality parts moving on schedule. In this position, you’ll work hands on with modern CNC equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment where precision, consistency, and safety matter.

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Rate: 24.35/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AMJob Summary

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery in support of daily production requirements. This role supports the Saws Department and ensures materials are machined accurately, efficiently, and safely according to production schedules and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (Mazak or VL86)

Perform pre operation safety and machine checks

Read and follow production schedules and work instructions

Measure, mark, and inspect materials to ensure parts meet specifications

Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, coolant, depth of cut) as needed

Monitor machine operation and report issues to supervisor

Complete production logs and inspection reports using a computer

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaRequirements

1–2 years of CNC machine operation experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work independently on overnight shift

Pay Details: 24.35 per hour
