Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
Excellent integrity and character
Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
Hands-on leadership style
Exceptional integrity, work ethic and a positive mindset
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
Past or present culinary experience
No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
Experience with cost control with product and labor
Experience with training and mentoring
