Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Scaffold Builder Helper to assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems on active construction and industrial sites.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience level and the position assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems (frame, tube & clamp, system).

Read and interpret scaffold plans and jobsite layouts.

Ensure proper bracing, decking, guardrails, and tie-ins.

Conduct scaffold inspections and properly tag systems.

Load, unload, and stage scaffold materials.

Coordinate daily with site supervisors and foremen.

Complete jobsite safety documentation (JHAs, inspection logs, daily reports).

Work safely at heights and in various outdoor conditions.

Perform heavy physical labor: lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, rigging, and material handling.

Qualifications

1+ years of scaffold erection/dismantling experience.

Strong understanding of scaffold components and safety requirements.

Ability to read layouts and basic engineered drawings.

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and climbing repeatedly.

Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

PPE / Safety

Must follow OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Subpart L regulations.

Must complete daily safety documentation.

Must work safely at heights and around heavy equipment.
