Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter skilled in all phases of residential construction, renovation, and remodeling projects. The role involves work from foundation to roof within small teams and occasionally requires travel to multiple job sites. The Carpenter will have opportunities for growth into a Lead Carpenter role and is expected to work both independently and under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform framing and finish carpentry on residential projects

Cut, measure, and install materials accurately

Conduct repair work and site preparation tasks

Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance

Ensure compliance with safety standards on job sites

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in carpentry

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical stamina to manage demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Problem-solving ability and effective teamwork
