Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive / Client Manager

What You’ll Do
Build meaningful relationships while serving commercial clients across a variety of industries and supporting their property and casualty insurance needs.
Act as a trusted resource by communicating with clients and carrier partners to address questions, policy updates, and evolving coverage needs.
Market, quote, and manage new business and renewals to ensure clients receive competitive, comprehensive solutions tailored to their operations.
Collaborate with a network of carrier partners to deliver thoughtful, well-rounded coverage options.
Keep accounts organized and running smoothly with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
What We’re Seeking
Experience & Licensing
3+ years of commercial account management experience (or 5+ years in the insurance industry).
Active SC Property & Casualty license.
Applied EPIC experience preferred (or similar agency management systems).
Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of commercial insurance underwriting, coverage, rate analysis, and account management.
Ability to explain coverage clearly and build trust with clients and carriers.
Knowledgeable about insurance products, industry updates, and emerging trends.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
Comfortable managing workload in a fast-paced environment.
