Experienced Glass Installer – Join Our Team
We are hiring installers at all experience levels for the fabrication and installation of glass and aluminum products, including windows, mirrors, shower doors, commercial storefronts, entrances, and more. Position Overview
We are looking for dependable, skilled installers who take pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Experienced installers will work independently or as part of a team, handling residential and commercial installations while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency.
This role includes working with lead installers, project managers, and customers to ensure each installation is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
Install glass and aluminum products including windows, doors, mirrors, shower doors, storefront systems, and commercial entrances
Read work orders, job specifications, and field measurements accurately
Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and installation equipment
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized glazing equipment
Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
Support apprentices and trainee installers when needed
Requirements
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds on a regular basis
Comfortable working in all seasonal weather conditions
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areas
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
Experience in glass installation, glazing, storefront systems, or commercial entrances
Background in construction, carpentry, window installation, or related trades
Experience with fabrication and shop work is a plus
