Performance Ford Truck Country is growing and looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our Ford Pro Elite team. This is a B2B-focused role working with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses to deliver customized fleet solutions.

If you have a proven track record in fleet or commercial vehicle sales, an existing book of business, and thrive in a high-performance environment—this is your opportunity to take your income and career to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage relationships with commercial and fleet clients (B2B sales)

Identify customer needs and recommend truck, van, and fleet solutions

Present vehicle specs, upfits, financing, and total cost of ownership

Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Maintain and grow your sales pipeline through outbound efforts and referrals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and documentation

Follow up post-sale to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships

Stay current on Ford Pro products, fleet programs, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

REQUIRED: Previous Fleet or Commercial Sales experience

Proven book of business and repeat clientele

Automotive dealership sales experience preferred

Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to build long-term client relationships

Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills

Professional communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Ford Pro / commercial trucks & vans

Knowledge of upfitting, financing, or fleet management

Multilingual abilities
