Requirements
Duties:
Assist the sales team in booking and operations.
Attend site surveys for events.
Assist in collecting timelines and venue details.
Generate, create & submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
Assist with communicating with Clients about event details.
Lead, and oversee contractors as needed.
Scheduling & reserving gear for events.
Help load and unload trucks.
Assist in productions and events (load-in, run/ operate, strike).
Delivery of equipment, mostly local but with occasional overnight trips when necessary.
Have a professional appearance during events.
Assist around the warehouse with normal business operation duties.
Assist in the creation of event documentation for marketing.
Assist other departments when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy. Qualifications:
Possess that magnetic 'it' factor and unique brand
Minimum 2 years proven experience as a DJ in various hospitality spaces and live events
Expert performer with love for live entertainment
Steady learner, dedicated to exceeding expectations
Sharp attention to detail, coupled with responsive communication
Active drivers license with a clear MVR and ability to drive trucks & vans to transport gear to event sites
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 50-75 pounds or more on a repeated basis
Must be able to flex between prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
Must be able to bend frequently, extend, kneel and twist to execute tasks
Can perform duties in a myriad of environment spaces, while exposed to various weather conditions, temperatures, noises, and bright lights.
Have the skillfulness to operate multiple size vehicles, including non-CDL trucks, vans and trailers according to traffic laws and DOT standards Benefits
