Senior Project Manager IAM / Cyber Security

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH, Dallas, TX, or Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $60.00-75.00 per hour

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key initiatives within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity portfolio. This role is focused on hands-on project execution, managing multiple concurrent technology projects within a highly regulated banking environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to drive results across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver multiple concurrent technology projects (project-level, not program oversight)

Support execution of IAM and cybersecurity initiatives, including roadmap delivery

Operate effectively across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Drive project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment to timelines and objectives

Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution

Partner with stakeholders across technology, security, risk, and business teams

Provide clear and consistent communication to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously in a delivery-focused role

Experience working on or supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives

Background in banking or financial services

Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Highly detail-oriented with strong execution focus

Desired skills:

Experience supporting cybersecurity or risk-related initiatives

Exposure to regulatory, audit, or compliance-driven projects (e.g., control remediation, SOX)

Experience working in other highly regulated industries
