The Senior Machine Operator (Coating Technician) is responsible for executing coating operations in alignment with established safety, quality, and production standards. This role ensures consistent, efficient output by operating, monitoring, and maintaining Bauermeister and Wiener coating systems.

Senior Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Bauermeister and Wiener coating systems to ensure efficient production.

Maintain proper coating conditions, including temperature, viscosity, and product flow.

Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic equipment maintenance.

Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues to maintain product quality.

Monitor and adjust equipment settings to meet production and quality standards.

Complete accurate production, inventory, and receiving documentation.

Support material handling, ingredient additions, and inventory control (WIP system).

Conduct quality checks, including viscosity and fineness testing.

Assist with unloading raw materials and supplying production lines.

Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and all food safety standards.

Requirements:

3+ years of machine operating experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Food manufacturing experience preferred

Sit-down forklift experience required

Milling experience a plus
