Compensation:
$1,000/month stipend
$400 per signed lease (success fee)
$2,500 quarterly performance bonus

Location: Remote in Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio or Pittsburgh, PA
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, self-managed Leasing Agent to handle inbound leads, coordinate showings, and convert prospects into signed leases. This is a fully remote, commission-based role designed for someone who thrives on performance and flexibility.
What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to rental inquiries (calls, texts, emails, and online leads)
Pre-screen prospective tenants
Schedule and coordinate property showings (virtual and/or in-person as needed)
Guide applicants through the leasing process
Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed leases
Track and manage your pipeline of prospects
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Sales-minded with a focus on closing deals
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Prior leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred
