We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate company records and supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness
Organize and manage digital files and records
Perform routine data audits and quality checks
Assist with administrative and clerical support tasks
Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
