Due to growth, we are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for the Lathrop, CA office.

In this key role, you will be responsible for answering the phones and the daily call assignment for the technical staff. This includes the scheduling for service calls, estimates, new customers, and service agreements. Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills will allow you to shine in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers

Determine the appropriate next course of action for calls, including scheduling and routing of technicians.

Generous and varied administrative functions to ensure extraordinary office flow

Share in supporting the on-call rotation schedule by helping with call coverage on evenings and/or weekend work - periodic. Flexibility to provide call support periodically on evenings and weekends is required, (Hours - M-F office 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM - Sat. 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Sun 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)

Requirements include:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of dispatching experience in the Plumbing industry preferred

Consistently present a customer-centric experience

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Familiarity with the Manteca area for efficient scheduling and routing purposes

Must have the ability to work under pressure with composure and self-control

Must be detail-oriented and organized

Proactive and objective problem-solving skills

Great people skills with an ability to work with many different personalities and nationalities

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Working knowledge of Windows-based programs and other industry software

Must pass a drug and background check

Great phone voice – cheerful and well-spoken
