Quality Control Associate (Experienced) – 1st Shift

Pay: $22.50/hour

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Quality Control Associate for a client site in Londonderry, NH. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who’s comfortable working in a quality-driven environment supporting production, documentation, and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Partner with production teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues

Help implement preventive actions to improve product quality and reduce repeat defects

Maintain calibration records and ensure inspection tools stay within certified tolerances

Support internal and external audits (including customer, regulatory, and defense-contractor audits)

Verify traceability of materials/components according to company and industry requirements

Assist with inspections as needed

Send emails and follow up on materials awaiting issue resolution

Document findings accurately and follow strict quality procedures/protocols

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Prior Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience

Basic Excel skills

Strong attention to detail and documentation habits

Able to read, write, and speak English

High school diploma or GED

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Work eligibility documentation: Candidate must have access to a valid document such as a passport, passport card, or birth certificate.
